My name is Michelle, and I am the owner of Scented Essence Creations. I have always loved scented candles and making my home smell good. After noticing the soot on my interior walls, I discovered wax melts. I always scoured the wax melts at the big box stores spending tons of money on wax melts to keep every room in my house smelling good. In 2019, my husband bought me a candle making kit so I could make my own wax melts to save money. Little did he or I know, he sparked a passion in me. Did it save us money, NO, but it did give me a hobby. I experimented with many waxes and fragrance oils to come up with a perfect formula for my hand made wax melts.
